Could you please have a look at Live Logging for ES Manager, ES Thermostat, and the ES Helpers to see if there are any errors when you save them, or when they are supposed to start?

Also, be sure that your ES Thermostat(s) is running version 1.7.35

ES Thermostat is on 1.7.35

No errors in ES-manager or Thermostat or helpers

Below is a screen shot of the log from the Smart Circulation, at 8pm the ecobee goes into sleep mode and this should set the circulation time to 0 minutes, but nothing happens ?

I have 2 ecobee’s the upstairs unit goes into sleep Program at 9pm, and the SmartCirculation did not fire. As soon as i go into the helper app on my iPad and click save it fires See screen shot below, i had this log open from 8:50 until i clicked save in helper app at 9:02
Not sure why its not launching the helper?

I have a fireplace mode based on a sensor to pick up when I’m burning wood, it also only works if I go in and click save

Would you mind please sharing the configuration of your Smart Circulation Helpers? The easiest way is to go into the IDE, and:

  1. click “My Locations”
  2. click “smartapps” on the row for your location
  3. right-click on the Helper SmartApp, and open in a new window or tab
  4. select and copy everything on that new window/tab
  5. paste into a PM to me
