The CentraLite sockets that SmartThings sells definitely have a local physical on/off button.

In fact, I’ve never seen or heard of a socket without one. Lightbulbs are the opposite… I don’t know of a single brand/model of a smart bulb with a physical switch built in.

The bulbs with a manual switch button are just starting to come on the market. The Sengled brand are compatible with SmartThings.

Hi, I have a a couple lamps that are not connected to wall switches. We manually turn them on at the base. I would like to change the bulbs to smart bulbs for some automation but I don’t want to lose the ability to turn them on/off at the base (not at the outlet or on the plug). So far I haven’t seen any bulbs which have a button. Are there any options I missed or any other ideas?
