Defining moments - Alex and Elon

I came across this article on how Elon Musk is active on Social Media and took credible business impacting customer feedback from a idea to execution in 6 days!

I wanted to take a moment to call out @alex, you don’t see him much but I know he does monitor and listen to the feedback on the forum. I’ve seen this in him, in the past when I’ve personally called out issues that could have significant impact on the community he and his team have taken the issue from idea to production in 2 days!

Dare I say it doesn’t happen often enough, but to give credit where it’s due, it happens, it may be a blue moon event but then all good things start small. Hopefully Alex and the entire ST staff will continue their great work and keep their ears close to the customers voice and make this (challenging) platform a run away success.
