I’ve had the battery out of this for a bit (the one that came with it died) before I remounted it. I put in a fresh battery today (which I tested in another one of these, so I know it works) and the sensor is completely dead. I got nothing - no lights, nada, zilch.
Any idea on what might be wrong and what I might do to revive this thing?
I would contact support and if it is still in warranty I’m sure they will replace it.
I had an outlet go faulty and they replaced it for me.
I had mine replaced twice under warranty. I think they are just crappy devices. I notice the last one I got is different. So hopefully the newer ones are better. I only have one, my others are all Iris devices, which I like better. They are much smaller and less conspicuous.
