Anyone else having issues with the dashboard not loading in the classic app?
Is there a way to acknowledge the security alarms in the new app? I’ve never used it quickly tried to login and check but I can’t find it any where.
I keep trying notified about a false alarm and I can’t clear it!
I opened a ticket hours ago but no response yet.
I just got home and reset the hub and now the dashboard loads. At least it was a simple solution. I saw all the recent threads about poor support so glad it didn’t go that way.
SHM in the Classic and STSC are two completely separate apps. So you can’t clear the alert in STSC if you are using SHM in Classic.
You would need to install SHM in STSC. You can find it in Add Automations from the + in the upper right of the screen.
Generally, the fastest way to get a response is to call and speak to a support rep.
I’m having this issue as well and can’t seem to resolve it. Anyone else?
