I can’t be the only one who wants to know what’s going on at home while also wanting to secure their home with a video recording system. I don’t want to turn my house into fort knocks with cameras all over the place. Ideally I’d like to make use of inconspicuous covert cameras. Although I don’t see that SmartThings supports a NVR or a covert IP camera. Has anyone had any luck setting up something similar?
I have multiple different cameras in my home (Mobotix, Blink, RasPi) , all of which I would consider “inconspicuous”. I have the Mobotix and RasPi camera set to record to SD card, and also to send video files to a NAS. I can also view the cameras through SmartThings App or with SmartTiles
