I have a F-Cam-VF -1. It does not pair with my Android or with my wife’s iphone, daughter tried too on her phone. I wish to return it but cannot find and address on package or on web. Any ideas please? Clearly a smart company in hiding their ID to avoid returns!

The VF means Vodafone…
Would have been internet. But other than that, I don’t know. No address on package or documentation..
Then you would have to send it back to the internet (online shop?) – after all these years…
Thanks. I had BT camera. Worked fine but no longer have BT. Now have vodafone but can’t use their camera? Weird. You live and learn. Back to BT.
The collaboration between Samsung and Vodafone was quite short-lived. It began in 2017 and ended two to four years later—I don’t remember exactly. In Germany (and UK?), it was a bit of a fad for a year, then it was quietly discontinued.
Edit: they even had Vodafone branded SmartThings hubs that became useless doorstoppers, because they never really got firmware updates.
