I had a low battery issue with the connexis l1
So changed them and now when I press the Bluetooth activate to unlock via phone the lock doesn’t seem to register I have pushed the button
I get no response on the phone at all
Any ideas as I am reluctant to factory reset as this would require disconnecting the lock which is fiddly
That is a bluetooth lock and is not compatible with SmartThings. This user forum is for Samsung SmartThings. I would suggest contacted Yale.
