Continuing the discussion from Troubleshooting SmartThings Hub 2018 and Aeotec Hub:

Trying everything that people have suggested for the smart things hub, no joy, here is the name and model number of my router. Icotera, model i4882-01

Which SmartThings hub do you have? Is your Router capable of blocking ports and/or domain names?

I think it’s a 3rd generation

I’m not sure what my router can and can’t do, I just plug it in connect too it, I’m definitely not technically minded
