Connecting Liftmaster 8360 and Linear GD00Z-4

I am attempting to connect my Linear GD00Z-4 to a Liftmaster 8360. I have installed the Linear and paired it. Unfortunately, the LM 8360 has a “learn” function that requires me to press and HOLD the Linear “button” until the 8360 learns to recognize it. I haven’t figured out a way to HOLD a button on the Linear. Any ideas of how to defeat this?

Thank you, I thought I did pretty extensive research on compatibility, but apparently I missed this. Good to know.
