I have just bought this smart lock and after spending 3 hours fitting which should take 15 mins it doesn’t lock I can hear the mother runing but the lock doesn’t lock the door and I have tried the test which is with door open pull handle up to lock and then it’s impossible to push it down without using the inside nursed nob mine just goes down the moter doesn’t seem to be loving the tumbler any ideas where I’m go8ng wrong
