Using Samsung as primary Will Abode window sensors that detect vibration work together?
It depends on the exact model. Abode works with three different network protocols: zigbee, Zwave, and their own proprietary 433 MHz frequency.
I believe all of the abode branded devices are using the proprietary frequency, and those do not work with SmartThings.
If it’s a third-party zwave or zigbee sensor, it probably can work with SmartThings, but not at the same time that it works with abode.
The abode security devices such as the door sensors, key fobs, keypads and motion cameras utilize either our proprietary 433MHz encrypted frequency or the ZigBee protocol.
