Code already registered. Invitation from owner needed

I have handed my v2 Hub to my friend and he can’t re-register the hub.

I had removed off my account before hand over and have now deleted my account.
The problem still persists. Any help?

@Amraize Do you have a support ticket? I need an identifier such as the hub’s serial number to locate the hub.

Unfortunately I do not have a support ticket open. But my friend went to the shop and they advised I need to register the device to then remove. However, when I tried this, the app crashed everytikeni selected the hub.
