When I am integrating my Samsung air conditioner 2016 version in the new app, I get a popup message saying that I need to activate cloud control feature option, but when I try to activate i got a message saying only “Failed.”, nothing describing the error. How can this be activated?

I have the same issue about 80% of the time. I can sometimes turn on the cloud control. Without the cloud control on none of my devices show. I am going to log a ticket about this.
Same problem here. and on a Galaxy Tab no less.
Was this ever resolved? I still can’t get cloud control to turn on. Everytime I try it just defaults back to off.
