Have a question regarding the device certification submission process.
We have successfully completed the Test Suite on both the Development (Dev) and Staging (Stage) environments. Could you please confirm whether we can proceed with submitting the devices for certification using the Dev and Stage environments, or if certification must be performed using a different environment (such as Production)?
We appreciate your guidance and look forward to your confirmation.

If I understand your question correctly, you’re working with a Cloud to Cloud integration and you have different URLs for each of those environments, correct?
If so, you need to use the URLs that you want final users to access since you won’t be able to change it directly once it’s published.
Note: A published connector’s info can only be modified by the engineering team and you need to submit a request to build@smartthings.com but it can take a while and needs special monitoring. So, we should avoid it unless it’s completely necessary.
