Yes, the Home Energy Meter from Aeotec does what I want. But still whopping 130 USD in Europe

see its unavailable on UK Amazon site but it’s 1-2 months on US site too I would ask their availability if you are interested. Expensive yes but you can monitor most of your home and it integrates with ST.
