Changing the Name on a Mobile Presence made by Android

Every time I rename a Mobile Presence made by Android device, the name reverts within a couple of hours and I have no idea why. Tested with the classic and the new app.

Tested with a couple of phones and both have the same issue.

Has anyone ran into this?

Is there no way around it? It kinda makes pistons a bit confusing at times.
