Change Region in Profile

Hi All,
New to the Smartthings Hub as I have just replaced a Wink system. I noticed in the App that my region is Hong Kong. Not sure why but I cannot change this for some reason. Any ideas on how to fix this? I am in Atlanta GA so it is definitely wrong.

You cant change region without help from Support unfortunately.

Any idea where I get that? I have a Samsung account, so do I go to the main website?

Where do you find your region on the App.? I have tried everywhere on the app and I could not. I was trying to add my wife to smartthings after migration and the dreaded different region message came. I am not sure whose region is wrong. Hers or mine. I cannot find it. We both are in UK. Hers was working fine with classic app.
