Change Home WIFI Password and not connecting to Smartthings Hub 3

Hello Team,

Well, due to some issue with my present home router and the router has been reconfigured. After that, I am not able to connect Smarthtings Hub 3 and it is showing as “offline”. For me , it is due to previous WIFI setting, which I have done initially and new password is not matching with initial one. Is there way to login with new password or do I need to perform factory reset of the Smarthinngs Hub 3 and reconfigure from the beginning? Could you please advise?

I’m curious as well as the option in settings to update your wifi is grayed out for me (perhaps because I’m live and up and running).

Well, Kellinea as my Hub offline totally and even my wifi is grayed out same like you just for your information.
