You should just go through certification flow. If you select Mobile Connected in the documentation, it will walk you through the required steps. Get to Know the Certification Process | Developer Documentation | SmartThings
In practice, this means going to the Developer Workspace, selecting Certification from the left-hand navigation bar, and then following the prompts to submit your device for certification.
