For those not familiar with the company details, Ezlo also owns the vera system and Fortrezz.
I was sorry to see they bought Fortrezz too. Fortrezz always had great customer service. There was an Eastern European lady who handled their customer service and she would replace malfunctioning parts without any problem and the created a revision B of a product that had superior coverage and I asked how much it would be for me to upgrade from A to B and she just sent me revision B and let me return the A once received.
