I purchased 2 Centralite 4257050-ZHAC dimmable outlets. After 2 yrs and 6 months of use I have 50% failure rate. The one that failed the relay for the AC switch failed. Centralite warranty is only good for one year on the 4257050-ZHAC. I am not impressed.
