Seems like a reasonable ask. The camera is the D-Link D932L with D-Link Camera Manager SmartApp.
My thought is motion sensor trigger, camera snaps a pic, the pic is then pushed to the device.
Motion sensor trigger is easy.
Snapping a pic… MAYBE. If the device through ST is limiting (i.e. take a picture command save location), I can always pull a static image by going direct to URL internally:
http://<ip_address>:80/image.jpg
Next, how to get it to the phone? If there is some way to grab the JPG and upload it to Dropbox, may be able to do some IFTTT there I surmise?
