Capability humidityControl

I’ve been struggling with this capability b/c it should also be decomposed into humidityControlSetpoint, humidifyingSetpoint and dehumidifyingSetpoint just like the thermostat ones (coolingSetpoint & heatingSetpoint), but is the right approach?

What would be nice is to have the concept of metacode to avoid juggling with similar capabilities…

The device is called a humidistat. It makes sense to model it similar to thermostat.

This kind of device could also benefit from a setting for fan speed as well as a way to communicate remaining filter life, water level low, and an empty tank.
