Can't setup my smartthings 2018 hub to Xfinity

I tried all the tips in the guide, i get to the point lights change from green to red, the app never finds the hub. Any tips??

Did you log in to your router to make sure your selected ethernet port is sending data to your hub?

Yes I check the app and it shows data traffic
