Cant seem to utilise laundry planner on smart things so I can access delay timer function

Cant seem to use the laundry planner on my smart things app. Followed the YouTube video so I could set a delay timer but no joy.

Eco wash shows on the dial so when I press laundry planner nothing happens.

Surely having the app is supposed to make things easier.

Yes I’ve only had the washer a few days but finding it rather frustrating.

Make sure you press the “Smart Control” button on your washing machine before trying to use “Laundry Planner” in the app. The Laundry Planner button will be visible but disabled until you put the washing machine (or dryer) in “Smart Control” mode.
