Can't remove family users - java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke method mark() on null object @line 58 (personDetail)

Having an issue where I have duplicates of my family members under Home & Family in the Classic app. When I tap on a username to try to edit or remove, the app tells me “Something’s Wrong” and I get this in the log:

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke method mark() on null object @line 58 (personDetail)

All I want to do it be able to remove the empty users - tried in the IDE even but they’re nowhere to be found outside the settings page in the app. Help!

Have you tried installing the new app, logging in and checking if there are duplicates showing there? If yes, try removing there.

Or your best bet —> contact ST support for assistance

I did install the new app, there are only the users that are supposed to be there. It’s not like having them really interferes with anything, it’s just the principle.
