Can't login to app nor even on API interface

So the app (iOS latest version) won’t let me login to it – I just updated to 9.3 if that makes any difference (although I have used the app since then). Worse, I can’t even login to my account on the API/IDE – I login but then it shows no hubs and when I go to My Locations (which always “refreshed it” so I could then see my hub) it just hangs up.

Is this normal? How the heck do I get back my hub?

Okay, nevermind, just chatted with support and this is an “incident” they are working on fixin’.
