i bought VR05R5050WK 4months ago, i registered with PowerbotE successfully before and it works probably. However, i find that i can’t login the app this week. just show 'Fail to login", i tried to reset password and create new account with PowerbotE app, it doesn’t work. Also, i can’t register this vacuum with Smarthings
