Can't log in to mobile app "Check network connection" but it's fine!

New to the community. Unable to log into the mobile app. Says there’s a network problem to check internet connection. Checked the connection, and no problems with internet. Had to log out and now can’t log back in. Keeps saying to check internet connection. Anyone else with this problem?

ST is having a problem right now. See the platform status page. It’s affecting some users ability to log into mobile and die.
