Can’t login using my Samsung account. I know for an absolute fact the password is correct, but it says it isn’t. When I go to reset the password it says Error 500 can’t proceed and gives me no options. HELP!! This has gone on for three days and I just contacted Samsung support but I need in ASAP - is this the case for anyone else? Thanks
have you tried a different browser? using https://account.smartthings.com ?
yes. the IDE never works in chrome so i typically use firefox or safari. i tried all three, and i also attempted using my old smartthings handle before it converted to samsung.
