Can't link Ecobee after update

Hi Guys…extreme newb here. I’m having an issue with my Ecobee Smart Thermostat. When I add the device in Smart Things, it tells me the account is linked but I can’t find the device in neither Smart Things nor Sharptools. Also, it never asks for my Ecobee sign in credentials. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Go to Menu > Settings (the cog in upper right of screen) > linked services and see if it is listed there. If it is, remove it and try to add the integration again. If should prompt you to authenticate after choosing Link account and selecting the location and room.
