Can't find Smartlighting app

I have been looking for the smartlighting app and followed different guidances.

1. Open SmartThings
2. Automations
3. Rutines
4. Discover
5. Scroll down

But there are no options or apps til choose from

Is the app only open in some regions. Im from Denmark, Northern Europe.

Can someone helped? Or explain me how to find Smartlighting.

Go to + sign > create routine > discover (lower right) > Smart lighting (scroll bottom of list.

Thx, that is exactly what I tried and as you can see in the picture, that is what I see. There are no apps.

Most likely it is region locked in many countries.
