Cant find all my Sonos speakers

HI guys, hope you can help I have found others with this problem but no solution.

I have 6 Sonos devices, 2 Sonos Ones, 1 Play 5 and three in ceiling sonos amps with ceiling speakers.

In ceiling amps are physically connected to network via CAT 5, Sonos one and play five are wireless.

No vlans, pretty simple network architecture a few switches, unifi wifi via said switches back to main switch and into a pfsense box out to the internet. Smartthings box is cat 5 into main switch.

Sonos finds all the boxes no problems, Alexa finds them all as well as does my harmony. How ever smartthings doesnt. I have had two exceptions last night it found one of the Sonos ones after about 20 attempts and this morning it fournd the other one.

I would be really greatful if anyone had any ideas - I know theur mac addresses and IPs if there is any way of adding them manually.

I am not sure what is going on with your setup, as I have all my 7 Sonos systems, all wireless using the Sonos bridge, and at low assigned static IP addresses adjoining each other.

Perhaps ST is timing out when it searches your expanded subnet? If there are specific Sonos devices that are being excluded, if so what is unique about them? Wish I could add more!

I have now converted them all to wireless and will try assigning low static IP addresses - thanks for the idea!

Also, you might want to check the ST Live Logging Super LAN Connect log when you start the Things discovery to see if there any messages that might uncover what ST is experiencing when it searches for your Sonos devices.

Thanks for headsup - I am not an expert but it would appear that something might be interfering?

I now have 4 Sonos devices found and two - Bathroom and PLayroom that are not. Does this make any sense?

Yes I managed in the end - the trick for me was turning off a few other devices until I got them all found.

Anyone else having issues with Super LAN Connect not finding any Sonos devices / working at all right now. My Sonos devices showed unresponsive in ST, so I removed them all, removed Super LAN Connect, reboot the hub and attempting to re-add, all I see in the logs is:
