Can't figure out how to add my Cooper switches

I have RF9501 and RF9534 switches already installed but when I search for new devices ST doesn’t see anything. I can’t see Cooper in the add device menu either, how am I supposed to add these?

I had to remove them from an old network. One was easy, the other took a lot of tries but I got it working.

Same problem here with a RF9540-N. I am able to exclude it from the z-wave network but I am unable to add it.

I finally got the device added after I removed the device and used the “Repair Z-Wave network” utility (several times).
