Can't delete Kwikset lock Zwave after change/add as Zigbee

After I converted my lock to Zigbee, adding it as a new device, I can’t delete the old device that was Zwave. I did remove it from all automations first. I tried the app (iOS) which acted like it was deleting, no errors, but did not delete. I also tried API Browser+ and got an error:

Try force deleting it in the Advanced Web App.
