Cant delete handler/location

I’ve been trying for the last 3 hours to delete a handler, but everytime I try it says “devicetype still in use by devices”

So I reset my hub and tried to start clean, but it wont let me delete my location, it gives me an internal server error, can anyone help?

I ran into the same problem. I had to email support and they did it for me. It sucks I know
