I have a new Eve outlet with thread that won’t connect. I’ve tried scan nearby, scan code, and manual code. I’ve had great success with these until today. I’m running firmware 000.055.00005 and IOS 1.7.25. As far as I can tell, everything else is operational in my network and the outlet works manually. I’ve power cycled it several times.
Have you factory reset it?

Try airplane on/off or rebooting your phone.

FYI I also have a Govee Device that I’ve not gotten to connect- but the Matter was added later, so perhaps bugs with that?
Long-press the green LED, the on/off button until it’s blinking red.
So I reset my phone and tried again with no impact. For the outlet, there are two buttons. I tried long pressing both of them separately and together with no redline showing up.
That worked, but it took several tries… Definitely not as easy as my other EVE installs. Now the Govee Light…
