I can’t connect any z-wave device to my Samsung SmartThings Hub 2018 (Hub v3). Now it has FM v 000.058.00010
I registered for beta FM a week ago but still have latest public version. Is it possible to manually push latest beta to my hub? Hope it will help with my issue
Hi, @Volodymyr_Kotyk
When you enroll in the Beta Group/Channel, after the firmware started its release, it will get the next one and I believe there hasn’t been a new one since a week ago.
We can ask the engineering team to see if they can manually add you but I don’t think that’s causing your issues with Z-Wave devices.
Have you checked the following?
The devices were reset properly, if they are still paired to another Z-Wave network, they won’t connect to a new one.
If they’re not WWST (Works With SmartThings) certified, you need to make sure you have a driver installed in your hub that will support them.
Please, share more about the models you’re trying to connect and the steps you’ve followed so far to see if someone else in the Community has experienced it and we’ll be able to provide a better help.
@nayelyz thank you. I it was my problem, I tried to connect my devices enabling paring mode, but didn’t think it needs extra reset before repairing. Issue is resolved
