I set a motion sensor to turn on a light. It turned out to be very annoying. I have delete both devices and removed them through API from my hub. It continues to occur. There was a Smart App that was created and I deleted that app. The motion sensor continues to trigger the lights. Any thoughts how I can make it stop. This continued even when both devices were removed.
Contact support at email@example.com and have them remove any potential remnants of the device and/or the app.
I think there is some sort of elusive bug that sometimes causes apps or devices not to be removed completely. I’ve had issues with this a few times and it hasn’t been fixed, yet. Support has always been very helpful, though.
