Cannot register Samsung Range

My samsung range was connected fine to the smartthings app, but for some reason one day it lost wifi connection. I removed it from the app and started to add it again, but the app cannot connect to the range’s wifi to pair. Below is a video that shows exactly what’s going on.
After like 2 minutes the phone does not connect to the range wifi and I get a message “something went wrong” and “Error code: 04-100”.

have you tried resetting (factory reset - consult your manual) the Range? If that doesn’t resolve it, contact Support. In the ST app, tap on Menu and select Contact us to find the available options for contacting them.

or try a power cycling the range at your circuit panel.
