Got the notice in Smartthings classic android app “The new SmartThings app is ready for you”. So I choose ‘migrate this location now’. I get to the screen where it appears I can choose “Later” or “Migrate now” but both buttons are grayed out. Any idea what may be going on there?

Have you already tried clearing the cache of the Smartthings Application and trying the migration process again?
After clearing the cache, does the Migrate now remain grayed out?
What Andriod and App versions are you running? Are they the latest?
Well I feel dumb now. I just had to swipe left a few times to cycle through all the screens and then the buttons were enabled for me to use.
