Hi, is anyone else having this problem … I’ve just got home, and my lights came on as normal. The lights then went red as I tripped the first sensor. I reset and ran the “I’m back” routine again. They went red again. It now appears that nothing I try is resetting the security system.

Powered down ST hub, ripped batteries out, and after a few minutes its working fine. But have been a blip in the matrix.
Had a similar “not disarming” issue after arrival. The ‘I’m Back!’ routine otherwise fired, but not the disarm action. I had to delete the routine and put it back to fix. This is the kind of stuff that makes me nervous. Or worse, having it disarm when no one is home.
