Cannot connect to Smart Home Monitor setup

Please fix this. It’s creating a lot of false alarms in my house and scaring the daylights out of my animals when our siren goes off because it’s using ALL my sensors and I can’t disable any thorough home monitor sensor selection setting.

I have the same issue and wanted to share a workaround https://my.smartthings.com login here, choose automations, and select SmartThings Home Monitor. It’ll allow the setup.

Hi - newbie - I cannot login to SmartThings when on mobile/cellular on iOS15 - no issues when on home WiFi, have no access on mobile/cellular - is there a new iOS15 setting that I need to turn on or off? iOS 14 works fine.

Can you clarify if you are referring to the ST app or https://account.smartthings.com or both?

If the ST app, go to settings on your iOS device and scroll down to find and open SmartThings and ensure cellular is enabled for it.

I can’t add a smoke or leak sensor via the web interface, only the security settings. Thanks for this as it’s a good workaround, but I am trying to add a leak sensor and don’t see those options via the web interface.

Same issue here is there a fix @SmartThings

Same for me i worked around it by using the web portal noted above

I can get to the web interface but I can only see several lights. I used to be able to see all my lights and switches virtual switches I use virtual switches to trigger webcore pistons.
As suggested above, I deleted shm and reinstalled it. I can configure everything but if I try to make any changes I get the “something went wrong. Try again later” message.

are you setting “Send text message” in the Security Response section? There was a mention that is what might be causing the issues you are seeing.

That was it. I was sending a text message. Deleting and reinstalling SHM and not selecting “send text message” fixed the issue. Just added a virtual switch and a webcore piston to do the same thing.

Thanks for the advice!
