Can the smartthing temperature/Humidity monitor be user for industrial purposes

Am trying to setup a POC to monitor Grocery Store coolers and refrigerators ,
does the SmartThings temperature sensor work with large refrigerators.

and does it allow to connect to a end point to Amazon AWS ?

I would not do anything mission critical with smartthings. It’s terribly broken and unreliable.
