Can not add switch or edit or delete

The is what I get when I try add delete or modify a switch

When I click delete the button highlights then response

App will not let me uninstall switch from smartapp. Says Im not authorized to preform the requested operation.

Can remove and edit switches but still can not create new virtual switch,
Still getting same error message.

Have you tried to contact Support@smartthings.com? Are you using SmartTiles by chance? And if so have you logged out of it?
