I am trying to get a camera for the front of my house. I have a few requirements and cannot find a camera that meets all these needs.
- IP based camera
- works with Amazon Echo Show
- Power over Ethernet (I have ethernet wire running to the place where the camera will be
- no monthly fee
- 2 way audio
- Continuous recording
- Motion Alerts
The closest camera I could find that fits the bill is the outdoor nest. However, I don’t like the monthly fee. Further, it requires for a power cable to be run to the unit, which won’t work for for me.
Thoughts?
