C*-IsaState-Update timed-out and no fallback available

Are there any common errors that cause this error on SmartApp installation:

com.netflix.hystrix.exception.HystrixRuntimeException: C*-IsaState-Update timed-out and no fallback available.

This is killing me. I can’t figure out what’s wrong with a simple SmartApp change I’m trying to make. It happens when I try to add a child device in init(). When that is commented out, there is no problem. Anyone else run into something similar?

I see a similar, if not the same error all the time being spewed by the harmony hub device…
