Is there a bug reporting system for smartthings, or is this it?

support@smartthings.com - I send them probably an email every week and get a reply within a day.

That is…super inefficient and opaque. Hub-and-spoke does not make a strong community graph.

Does anyone know if there are any plans for an actual bug/feature-request tracking page?
