Bug in developer.. cannot save changes in configuration in device types.. get unexpected error

It’s a bug with the Android app. Check your preferences input section of your DTH code, do you have a number input? If so then the Android app automatically adds a decimal to the input as the default value which then causes an invalid input exception. Solution, remove the decimal point manually.

@Brad_ST if you would like to pass this onto the Android product team. I’ve also submitted a ticket to support. ST Android mobile Classic app version 2.16.1 BUG: When a DTH specifices an input preference as type number, it should not be using a decimal point or even allow the user to enter a decimal . Infact, the default values in the DTH don’t contain decimal point, yet the ST Android app seems to be adding it by itself. When the user tries to save the page it, throws an error saying invalid input because it should not contain a decimal point. This is a retrogression as it didn’t exist earlier This seems to be affecting DTH inputs but not SA inputs. ST Support Ticket #595080
